About the Role
This is a part-time, hybrid role leading to full-time work for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor located in Mokena, IL. The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients, conducting assessments and case management, and offering support for a wide range of mental health concerns. The counselor will collaborate with other team members and professionals to create tailored treatment plans, ensure the confidentiality and well-being of clients, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Counseling and Family Therapy techniques, with the ability to create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Knowledge and skills in Mental Health and Psychology principles to support client well-being
- Experience with Case Management, including organizing and maintaining client records and coordinating care
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities to build positive therapeutic relationships
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, and possess relevant licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently within a supportive team
