About the Role

This is a part-time, hybrid role leading to full-time work for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor located in Mokena, IL. The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients, conducting assessments and case management, and offering support for a wide range of mental health concerns. The counselor will collaborate with other team members and professionals to create tailored treatment plans, ensure the confidentiality and well-being of clients, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Counseling and Family Therapy techniques, with the ability to create and implement personalized treatment plans
Knowledge and skills in Mental Health and Psychology principles to support client well-being
Experience with Case Management, including organizing and maintaining client records and coordinating care
Excellent communication and active listening abilities to build positive therapeutic relationships
A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, and possess relevant licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent
Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently within a supportive team
